Q: How do you mail your shirts?
A: We use both UPS and USPS and can overnight products if needed. *overnight shipping may result in extra charge on invoice.
Q: What brands of shirts do you use?
A: We use a variety of shirts ranging from American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, District Threads, Port and Company, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Gildan, Anvil, and many more. We should be able to get nearly anything that is being manufactured currently. We can print on any of these brands for custom orders but typically prefer working with Port & Company and American Apparel for their superior quality and varying fabric colors.
Q: How fast will I receive my shirts once I have placed my order?
A: An order typically takes 2 weeks from the day we have received all the proper information to start the order (shirt sizes, shirt design, shipping/billing information, etc). Distance in shipping as well as delays with art files and shirt sizing can cause the order to take more than 2 weeks. We are known for our promptness! :)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally.
Q: Do you accept exchanges, returns, or refunds?
A: We do under certain conditions. Contact us at (931) 398-6634 or email us at

Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Each brand fits slightly different. American Apparel tends to fit a little snugger than most standard tee. Port & Company, Fruit of the loom, and Jerzees are standard fits.
Q: Do your shirts shrink?
A: We tend to use preshrunk shirts, whether 100% cotton or 50/50, so they shrink very little. However, all shirts tend to shrink overtime and if the shirt is not preshrunk it will obviously shrink more than a preshrunk shirt.
Q: I am in a band. I'm an artist. I have a small business. How do I get on your "friends" page?
A: We love helping people succeed! Simply contact us and tell us how you got started and what you are all about. We can talk about how we can both help each other. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
