1. Why is your company name Redemption Shirts?
The heart of our organization is to do something much greater than print shirts. We desire to be a platform, network and partner for people and organizations doing restorative work in the world around us. We enlist in this great story of Redemption by serving and sharing in the restorative works and stories of our friends and partners. Please join our network and community whether or not you need shirts. The fate of our brother’s and sister’s lives around the world depend upon us joining together and helping each other further our causes.
2. How much are your screen fees and setup fees?
We charge a one time screen fee of $25 for each new order. When you place a re-order in that same design you are not charged any screen fees. We do not have any hidden fees or setup fees outside of the screen fee.
3. What types of art files do you accept for our designs?
All files must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, & .AI. If your submitting illustrator files, send with no clipping masks and all text converted to outlines on a solid or negative background. We do also create designs for your order if needed.
4. Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order is 24 pieces. Our best price breaks are at 50 and 100 pieces. We strongly advise going with 100 pieces per design because of the deals offered. We are mainly set up for bulk orders and a lot of labor goes into making tees. So the more tees you get, the better prices we give you. Call us if you need shirts printed year-around. We will consider options for partnering with you and contract pricing.
5. How long does it take for us to get our shirts?
Our standard turn-around time is 2 weeks, 14 business days.

Standard Screen Size: 13″ X 19″

Normal Cut Tees: Gildan, Port & Co, Anvil, Jerzees, Hanes
Fashion Slimfit Tees: Tultex, Gildan, Anvil, American Apparel
9. Do I need to pay for my shirts now?
For an order to be considered placed we require that you pay half your total as a deposit. This also gives you extra time to scrape together the rest of your cash and still get your goods in time!
10. Do you do Rush Orders?

11. Can I get 100 shirts with 2 separate designs?
You can, but it would have to be priced as two separate 50 piece orders. So the pricing will not be the same as the 100 piece prices. We highly recommend just doing the 100 tees per design to get the discount pricing.
12. Can I mix shirt colors in my order?
Yes. You can do all sorts of different color tees with your order as long as its the same design. If you decide to change the color of the ink in that order for a different color tee there will be an Ink Change Fee of $10 per color change.
13. I am missing a few shirts / I have received more shirts than I ordered, Why is that?
Rarely a tee may be missprinted or damaged in production, or a specific color or style is low in stock. We will call you before shipping to let you know if there is an error and we’ll deduct our mistake from your bill. You will not be charged for our mistakes. If you get more than you should have, stop complaining!

14. What if Something is wrong with my order! What do I do?
If something is wrong with your order, please call us within 48 hours of receiving your stuff. If we have made an error in any way we will take care of you! Call 1.888.302.4947!
15. Can I pick my stuff up instead of receiving it in the mail?
Possibly. Please call in advance to discuss this with us. We can arrange a time and location to get you your product if meeting at our shop does not work. If you have time conflicting issues, let us know and we will do what we can to help out. Call 1.888.302.4947!
